Howdy Ya'll,
I know, I know. I haven't been around much lately.
Life's thrown me off a bit....
I've had so much to do...(and that doesn't take in the day job)
Here I need this done, hey could you do this, etc, etc etc.
What about what I need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ah enough of that....
I've got a lawn to mow and that's it!!
I'm packed, got most everything ready and
it's off to the North County..
I'll be in the U.P of Michigan, near Curtis.
I'll be going after "eye's" a few perch for the pan,
and hopefully I'll get another couple of hours stalking some Bass up there. (both Large & smallies)
I've found that after all the years I've been going up there, the Bass fishing 'can be' some of the best I've come across.
Most go after the walleyes, perch and panfish.
(I do that too..)
But most "Overlook" the Bass fishing....
I spent one morning with my Dad, taking them off the topwater lures. (skitterpops and for him it was a nip-i-diddee)
We only kept one stringer, 5 fish, 25lb +
One was a sweet 5 lb+ Smallie.
Anyway, ya'll have a good time this weekend,
