Howdy Guys,
I know I've haven't been around lately.
Work has been busy (and truly unbelievable statements have been made to me) But that right now has VERY little effect on me.
I have more important things to deal with and sadly it doesn't even have anything to do with rapala's.
Several weeks ago, My Mom went in for her "Heart Check-up" from her event earlier this year. And while that "check-up" was great, all the numbers were good, I was in good spirits for her.
She then found out about a 'lump'. A couple weeks later and the results from that were not promising, I kept the faith.
It was later determined that indeed it was Breast cancer.
Last Thur, she had to have it removed. I can't spell the method, so I just say that a 'Breast' was removed. At this point, I'm not quite sure of the next part of this 'journey' will be
Only time will tell..
And through all of this, She has tried to keep the "Christmas Spirit" around the house.
This holiday season has a slightly different feel to me.
I guess that as I've gotten older, so have they!
And everyday I get to spend with them is something to be enjoyed.
So here's my "Christmas Wish"
Out of the blue, Call your Mom, Your Dad, Your Wife, whatever.
Let them know what they mean to you...
To the couple of guys that have e-mailed me lately, I'm a little behind in getting back to ya. Hell, I'm a little behind on several things right now. Give me a little time and I'll try to get back with ya.
Oh, And least I forget, Welcome to all the 'new' guys that have joined this little group of Rapala-freaks.
