I wouldn't have kept those little perch, but when they don't move the rod when you're trolling, it is hard to know that they are there. Don't know how long of a ride I took them for, but they weren't in good shape when the trip was over LOL.
The big bass I picked up casting. When he hit the lure came to a complete stop. Didn't run with it right away, just grabbed it and sat still. At first I thought I hit a log. Been nice if it went airborn, but it never did.
The biggest walleye got next to the boat and then made a run like a pike would do. Never had a walleye make a run like that before.

Man when I first saw the picture , the first thing that came to mind was . What the heck is he doing with those tiny ass fish LOL . Those are smaller than fish sticks .
Then I read the story ; )

Well they all look like tastey little morsel's But yah I was refering to the Perch . They arent much bigger than the X-rap .

You caught those bluegills on that x-rap shad too? Man I wish our Gander Mtn. had them this weekend. Anyways, that looks like an awesome day of fishing. Thanks for the fishing report and picture.
