Anyone use this yet? I'd been loving Sufix line since I tried it earlier this year, but I hadnt tried this one. Now this line is supposed to be more durable, stronger etc - for more 'hard' fishing like fishing around rocks, stumps, etc. It must be the coating they use on the line, but damn, this line is slippery is the best way to call it. My regular knots I use - when I would pull the line tight to tighten the knot - well the damn line would just slip through and untie! Im sure there are probably specific knots to use on this line...but I figured Id make everyone aware. Its still great line, but just a heads up on its properties...

Spooled up a reel on Monday with the same stuff to compare with power-pro I have on my other 2 poles. I have to agree, great stuff, straightened a hook with it Weds when I hit a snag Just tie everything on with a good slip knot and you won't have problems

What type of line is it? (mono, fluoro, etc.) And I have never had a problem with a Rapala knot, so maybe you could give that a shot. If that doesn't work I don't know what to tell ya. lol

I have this crazy habit to tie a short improved clinch knot after the rapala knots.
