The Stratus is a solid choice in my estimation, as well as the Epixor and Avenger line too. The Alumina is a nice looking reel as well. Every one I have used has been super silky smooth, I have a feeling that may all I end up using eventually. You probably can't go wrong stocking models from 6bb and up...

Hi Ted did you used this reel? Any thoughts? Thinking of buying one size 20 for medium/light spinning rod, as i understand they made for US market only, haven`t seen them in UK or Ireland for sale, i think for that price it is one of the best reels. Thanks.

Thanks. I love this reel as I have the 30 but I wish it was bigger, so I may pick up the 40 version - great quality, price, and looks. They have a new 'High Speed' version out too -
