Hello to all,
I just joined today and have a question for those of you who have been involved in this organization for some time. While my son and family were visiting during the holidays, I found two full boxes of CDJ-9 lures in my garage, One is silver and the other gold.
When these were reissued several years ago, I bought two boxes of 7's and two of 9's through Cabela's. I have either lost, given away or have a few of the 7's still in my tackle box.
I have not seen the CDJ lures for sale in years. My son thinks that they might be collectable. I am not able to get out fishing much due to some health issues and I can't believe I will ever be in a place to use the 9's much.
Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
Steve

I'd buy them Yes they are collectible. You can probably watch some CDJ-9 Silver go for around $15 on ebay. Did they come in a dealer box? Other colors that are harder to find would go for more.

hi, cdj's are, if not collectible, at least sought after by many fisherman who are displeased with the fact that rapala canceled them. alot of the ones you see on ebay for gold and silver colors go in the $10-$20 a piece area. a full box of 12, or 6 depending on what size dealer box you have might bring more per each as a whole. sounds like a nice little find for something you forgot you had! bacon

Thanks for the reply. The boxes are "dealer" boxes from Cabela's w/ 6 lures per box. Steve
