I would like to hear if anyone has purchased lures from Fishing Mart in Poland and what your experience was with them. I am putting together a collection of SSR 5's, and they have 7 colors I still need. I would like to think it's ok to buy from them, but have some reservations since I probably won't ever be able to knock on their door and complain if something goes wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have had good experiences there and I am pretty sure wolfgang has too. I've emailed them to ask questions too.
Do you have a picture of your ssr-5 collection?? It'd be cool to see.

That didn't work. Maybe this will. If not, can someone explain what link to put where. Thanks <a href="http://s242.photobucket.com/albums/ff179/Steve-oreno/?action=view¤t=100_1834.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i242.photobucket.com/albums/ff179/Steve-oreno/100_1834.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Sure buddy,
I see that you are using photbucket....good.
When you are looking at the picture in photobucket, find the image url and copy it.
Then come here and reply to your thread. click the box that looks like a picture (above the comment area, 2nd row, fourth one over from the left)
Then paste in the url...
That should work.

I think I understand now! I tried using quick reply the other times. Fishing mart has 8 colors I need: BP, BOF, BHO, BCF, ALB, GALB, BSH, and G. And there is a FT from Japan with lots of red gill marks. Other colors I know of are: BSD, GSH, SSH, FP, SS, and P. I am looking for all of these NIB. And any other colors that I don't know about. And thanks to bulldog21 for the posting help.

No problem my friend I don't think you will have any problems with fish mart. There are a lot of "special" colors out there too. Check out a few of our collections in the image gallery section. I know a few of us have some. Good luck!

I ordered from them for the first time a few months ago, after knowing of them for years. Had a great, easy shopping experience there. Ordered some ALB and GALB SSRs as well as some GFR Dive-To lures. Highly recommended. Now if I can only get them to be one of our sponsors...

Good to know, I'll give them some money then. How about an outlet or retailer in Japan? I saw that Rapala Japan has 5 of the other colors I need, but couldn't find a catalog with prices or contact info. on the net. Anybody know the go to place? Thanks

well, some time ago (before someone posted the link here) this was one of my secret shops for all the eastern-europe-only colors. these days, the special colors sell out faster than they put them on their homepage ... never had any complain, great service, fast and safe shipping. well, price stickers can be removed, but i have been braking one or two doing that. so i leave on now.
best, wolfgang

Dang, I want to buy some of the JSRs on there but for 5 of them shipped to the U.S. including shipping equates to $89! Do I bite the bullet and do it? They would be for fishing and not collecting so that would be a bitch to snag one of those, would have to get the snorkel and retrieve it if that happens. -Chad

If they are for fishing then i would say go for it. A couple weekends ago lost a $40 storm bait, name not important, fishing for steelhead. And another $25 bait the next fish, both of them snapped the line on some big ass females but we also landed 4 so........what im trying to say is that it shouldnt matter how much your lure costs. You should fish it, some of my most expensive lures i fish with because thats half the reason why theyre so expensive, they produce fish. Just my .02

Well, to let ya'll know about my Fishingmart experience, it was nice and easy once I changed my email server, my paypal account and promised them a date with my 16 year old daughter! It was alot of hoops to jump through, but it worked out just fine. 7 lures for $90.00 shipped was a good deal in my opinion.
