The next Rapala to be Discontinued?

Every year it seams at least one lure is discontinued by Rapala. What are some of your predictions for the next lure to be discontinued/ or color of lure? Also do you think anything will be brought back old colors lures ect? Would love to hear from some experts.

well, we would need some insider from rapala marketing department here to get real good predictions.
i had beed proposing the SFR-7 to come back soon in the classic collection. and i still think this is one of the top candidates within the next couple years.
if they wanted to sell a lot, they should do. and it should come for the US market. but i guess you guys will never get a classics edition. although i dont know why.
it doesnt always seem to me that is what they want, cause they would bring the H13 or TE7 or the RCL or the BMD to the USA if the main purpose was to sell as much as possible.
so dont ask me who is deciding which model to discontinue or bring out again and most of all where.
we have seen some spectacular re-editions of old models in new colors for eastern europe or asia (DRFR-7, FR-7), some crazy colors for scandinavia or eastern europe only (MAGs in RY and OS, HJs in FLUO colors, RFR7 HT, F18 RH, SR9 B/BB S/PK etc.).
you could even think they do it for the collectors. think about it, nobody would go crazy for a rapala if all models and all colors were available all over the world all the time.

i like it this way. and even if i am repeating myself, thats part of the fun ...
