i have had very good luck with all of these for big trout just after ice out trolling with them just off shore are casting for big pike

Yeah, the good old mackerels...
Read an impressive older article in the in-fishermen about rainbow run below the dams in the states. They said these are on of the best producing bait colors ever made. Good luck!

Would lay my hands on these.
