Can I PLEASE please please get some input from SOMEBODY on this bait? I know I've seen similar lures on Ebay that sell high but I have NO idea if this bait is in the same class as those. All I know is I picked it up at a tackel store in a big pile of lures, that's it. I don't care if it's not worth 50 cents, I wanna know!

the color is CRAWDAD and at looks like a fr-5
how long is it and was it new when you got it

If its a sfr-5 CW, which is what it appears to be then youre probably looking at about $10-$15. Some of the SFR-7's we've seen go for nearly $100, thats NIB and a larger size. Nice lure, i recently just picked one up as well but its to fish with.

If you're planning on collecting I would stick with the ones in boxes, but it can get rather expensive as the Shallow Fat Raps always hold their value and can get insane prices at times.
I still use my Shallow Fat Raps today and they are bass killers - get a couple of SFR-7s in Silver and Gold and you're all set...

I have seen a SFR-5 RB go for $327, SFR-7 SD (teal tag) for $190, SFR-5 SD (teal tag) for $190, SFR-7 HT for $187. I don't know if they would get this price now or not. I have seen all of these go for this price more than one time except for the SFR-5 RB.....I have only seen 1 of these. If you are going to collect the SFR's, you better prepare yourself just in case they do. Hopefully you can find them cheaper  |

Haha. I just wish I had found it new in the box. Oh well.... maybe I'll get a new Rapala out of it. And thanks so much for the help, I feel 100% better knowing what I have now.

Oh and Jmc it says (SFR-5-Finland) on the lip. And it looks like any lure would that's been out of the box for years, it's just scuffed up here and there, but no rust.

Haha thank you for the correction Matt. I was waiting for one of the experts to answer, lord knows im no where close, but everyone seems so shy. Just thought id throw my .02 in there but yeah i trust your opinion over just about anyones.
