Glow in the dark spoons

Are glow in the dark minnow spoons rare? and if so what colors?

Also, did they even make these? lol I have someone who wants to sell me some, they look like rapala minnow spoons but some knock offs look the same

i have on idea this is a very good (?) i know they make glow in the dark lures but not 100% sure about spoons
