i think those are a factory mass up i do not think the sfc came in silver plate

i think those are a factory mass up i do not think the sfc came in silver plate john I think the same thing. I snagged what they had. You can see in the pics I bought 3 but only 2 have the silver plated boxes though all 3 lures are identical.

Hahaha.
You know what, I found another shop today that had CD-5's in SFC that said silver plated on them..... after I saw those I realised that one I found the other day wasn't that rare... apparently Rapala printed a BUNCH of those wrong.
Probably some woman in the factory in charge of labels thought that Silver Flourescent Chartruese MUST mean they are silver plated.... lol.
I would be interested to see if anybody else on the forum has seen these. We know there are some in Western North Carolina and wherever Mr. Finebar is from.
