Rods for casting Mini Fat Raps

Hi,

I am not sure if I should post this on another part of the forum but I tried it here since its related specifically to Mini Fat Raps. I apologize if it should be posted somewhere else.

Will a Medium Light spinning rod cast Mini Fat Raps well enough or will I need Light or Ultra Light?

Well they are an 1/8 of an oz so you should be able to get them out on a ML depends on the load you get out of the rod. I plan to throw mine on a Lite and maybe a ML. With the ML depending on the load your distance might be reduced.

i use a ul fishing rod about 5 to 6-6 foot with 4 or 6 lbs. test and i have had very good luck
