Just received in the mail my free Rapala lure from their 2011 promotion. Printed off the form from their website a while back, kept all the receipts from my Rapala store purchases, and sent proof of 5 purchased Rapalas from this year. (the hardest part was remembering to peel off the UPC sticker from the boxes before I pitched them) I got a Minnow Rap in Bleeding Copper (you don't get to choose your lure). Not one I would have bought for the fishing I do, but what the hey it was free! Now I'm waiting for the free Rapala Shad Rap from FLW that they are using as a promotion for subscribing to their magazine.  |

It stands for "Forrest L. Woods", the founder of Ranger Boats, and a major proffessional/collegiate sponsored bass fishing tournament circuit. They publish a couple of nice fishing magazines. One "bass" edition and one "walleye" edition.  |
