Just found them. Are they "specials" or just SD ? Do they made 8 & 9 or deeprunner (SR) models ?

well, i would say they are very special SD. as far as i know, the SD on shad rap usually looks different. the one in the pic is a version as seen on old FR and SFR. and this is what makes them special, i think.
best, wolfgang
p.s.: if you find a SSR-8 in this color, please let me know.

Hi Jason.
i would guess the "PM sent" from Ryan on this one means he is interested too, the SSR5 being the main target ...
how many of these are we talking about anyway?
best, wolfgang

I guess I'm too late. I'm kinda glad I'm too late because I would have spent ALOT of money for that SSR-7. There's no telling how much I would give for a Shad Rap in this color inside a "Rapala Fishing Club" box. That's a one in a million lure. congrats to whoever owns it now!

Not to bust your guys bubble or any thing. But Ive seen you guys talking about these Rapala Club boxes a lot. This is just my opinion" with a bit of research included;)". But they are a dime a dozen. To be honest I think they probably did every single lure made during the Rapala club era. I'm wondering if you guys just dont see that many due to the mini catalog inside? These box's are every were.

Yeah, I always assumed that every lure manufactured during that time period came inside a "fishing club" box. So there's probably like anywhere from 100,000 to 5,000,000 of these boxes. (uneducated estimate)
I've been collecting Ireland-Made shad raps, but I am also trying to get a complete collection of SR-7's and SSR-7's in fishing club boxes only. Makes it a little more difficult and rewarding if I can ever get it complete.
