Fishing the LCL-10 Shallow Dancer....

Well after a long time of 'speculating' what the action of this lure is like I was totally wrong lol

I envisioned this lure as being a pure topwater 'walk the dog' type of lure but I was way off.

I fished it yesterday and it is more like a subsurface lure, more like a pencil thin skinny version of the Twitchin Rap. First I thought it was the snap I was using but the snap is so small that it couldn't be the reason.

Anyway in case anyone was curious - I did finally manage to get a couple of small bass on it too as a bonus

Hmm, good to know. I was also expecting it to have a nice little walk the dog action...... maybe if you added a little weight to the tail?? Or would that make it sink?
