Ok guys I hit the motherlode today. I was invited to view all the rapala 2012 releases at the EFTTEX show in Amsterdam. I have photos and details of all the new lures and colours plus they gave me a rapala holdall FULL of the new 2012 lures to review on www.luretour.comWill post some pics later and will get a full round up on luretour.com early next week |

Nice one  liking the F-5 red tiger & the orange variant of the frog pattern on the SP looks the mutts nuts as well. |

Ok I will be posting lots more updates on www.Luretour.com over the next week or so, but I feel kind of bad making you all go to my site to see everything. So to do my bit for the RapalaNation community I will also post some nice images and details of new lures here first. Little exclusives for the Rapalanation family  here's the first one...I am really going to love this little lure!! It's one of the new Mini Max raps an MXR07 FJTR  The finish on this little lure is absolutely stunning, the photo doesn't really do it justice as there is a metallic sparkle in the paint that doesn't really show up. With the Max rap Tungsten ball casting system inside, this is going to be a fantastic little lure. Oh and by the way FJTR stands for Flake Juvenile Brown Trout (although on the box is just says Flake Juvenile Brown as there is no room for the "trout" bit. |

Actually it has trebles on. Just they are hidden in the pic and make it look like singles.

Hi Fishohio, The answer is....a lot of hard work. I've been running the www.luretour.com site for 18months now, posting news and reviews on Lure fishing without payment in my own time as well as running my own business. Eventually the manufacturers and distributors have begin to see the benefits of giving me access to early review samples and behind the scenes interviews. |
