I mean to post this last week, but it's been crazy busy. My fishing luck this year has not been as good as years past. 2 weekends ago it was overcast and generally unseasonably cool and blah outside. I was trying all of my 'conventional silver and shad colors with no luck. The only thing close was this guy on a DTFAT01 in Original Pearl Shad OPSD After that one, nothing for a long long time. So I started throwing something 'different' lures I have never used, and it paid off. I never caught anything on a RH pattern before - or a Shallow Dancer - and I managed two on the LCL-10: I would like to thank Andre for this Subwalk-07 in Red Perch (RDP) - I love this color - First fish on Green Shad (GSD) before, DTFAT03: Lastly a crappie of all things on a SFC Twitchin' Rap: Those lures totally salvaged my day. Its catches like these that make fishing fun, and challenging to boot.!

I just got the chance to fish some private ponds in Nebraska, "wow" is all I can say. Once we got the color scheme down it was on. Large Mouth Bass ranging from 12 to 20 inches. In "Pond #1" it was gold and blue HJ, 100 anniversary wobbler, XR-10. At "Pond #2 and 3" It was Skitter Pops in lime frog. My fishing got way better after I got a system down for moving through my lure selection. Sorry no pictures I need to get my wife a new camera so I can get the old one. I only got one picture and it's on phone!!!

Very nice Ted!! That Subwalk looks awesome!!!! Your 'Rapala Bet' thread gave me an idea in that I wanted to also start documenting how many different Rapalas I can catch fish on. I have actually found it very challenging in trying colors and patterns that are not the typical 'norm' for around these parts...doing this kind of fishing is the reason I founded the site to begin with...
