I FOUND THIS J-13 SPECIAL BLUE COLOR TODAY AND NEED HELP WITH A COLOR CODE FOR IT I CAN NOT FIND IT AT ALL.

well, i need.
actually i need 2 - one for J13 collection, and one for my SB collection.
i my books, this is a non-plated SB.
you could call it a non-silver SB, or a white SB (WSB?).

but why painted?
if you call this painted, you would have to call all the pearl SFC and GFR also painted, or non-foil SFC etc. - just a thoguht ...

is a F18 GFR without foil also called painted? or pearl??

BTW, according to FT and HT nomenclature, this would be SB2, or red gills SB, because the SB1 is on the old fat raps and H13.

i have some RFR7 in this color and they do not carry color codes on the box, they do not have special label either - and i guess this one is coming from somewhere in scandinavia, most probably sweden.
