Was a rough day after a front came through and the fishing was terrible. After 2 hours I finally got this big bastard and was happy as hell to get him in, I barely had this guy hooked and was a head shake away from being a memory -   I could have went home right then and there and been happy. Fishing the next couple of hours was fruitless, so I gave up and trolled a Silver Husky H-13 for a bit, ended up getting 2 fish in 10 minute...my first ever fish on the H-13: This guy-  Then this one   Only 3 fish, but the first and last ones made my day!  |

Nice Ted!!! Those bad boys look like they got some girth to them!!! Any idea of the weight of them??? I think I may have to add the alb and galb to my tackle box soon!! Those lures look nice in pics, but even nicer in a fish's mouth!! Nice job my man!!!!  |

Thanks man, I am not sure, since my digital scale never seems to be accurate, I would guess the first maybe at 4lbs and the 3rd at close to that or 3.5? I do not know if I am underestimating them or overestimating them, but the fish in my home lake seem to be very strong and fight extremely hard, they feel like they fight bigger than they actually are. I am shocked that I did not get more pickerel on the F-13 ALB because of the flash+wobble...but I'll keep everyone posted... |
