Today I am planning on making a white Bucktail with white beads and a white nr.4 mepps blade!
This one I'll be calling "white wedding" like the Billy Idol song.

Great idea & a great tune kees On the subject of the brown prototype i reckon if you did a double bladed version with one blade gold & one copper you would be onto a winner with it.

I used on blade on the gold one because I wanted to be a real variation and that got me pike!.
I might build a double bladed version of it next week or so.
As I am working on the white bucktail I am getting more and more excited to make it a double sillver blades instead of the Mepps blade. I might make 2 lures today.

ok, here is the progress in the build of today, I am going to radicly change the design. going for a twotone, purple bucktail will be added and it is going to be a double blades silver instead of the mepps blade. mounting Marabou: a layer of silver wire: first layer of white bucktail and silver wire: Second layer of white bucktail against the first knot so it is going wide
