Just found back an old picture of a big pike I caught a couple of years ago, just wanted to share this with you guys. this fish was about 1,12 meters (3,75 ft) long.  |

I did not weight it,.. I never do on pike, only on carp wich I dont messure in length..

Thanks! but,.. you gotta know that I did caught a bigger fish on this swim, unfortunatly when I came home the memorycard of my camera did not work anymore and it had to be formatted and every data was lost.

Yes, they are very common in the Netherlands, these sizes are found in the "IJsselmeer"

I caught a pike bout the same size (1m) but sadly it was only 6lbs.....

You can tell by the way Kees looks at the fish that he truly respects them and thoroughly enjoys catching them. Looking forward to more photos!

John, Unfortunatly a lot of photo's were distroyed in a flood. this was at the time when the photo's I had were all physical and not digital.
