Hot water with a dishwasher detergent tablet.
I also read some people put them in the dishwasher self, but I think you need to be carefull with the heat if the lures are made of plastic.

I use something called "Miracle Juice". It's the best stuff out there IMO.

I do not think a company makes it. One guy makes it and bottles it. I sent you an email to the email address you registered on here with. It should have the information you are looking for. -Ryan

hi guys.
do Jim Beam and Jack Daniels also work, or does it have to be the stuff of Johnny Walker from scottland ... ?
i use isopropanol, or iso-propyl alcohol, as it may be called in your place, to remove glue residue from price tags etc. if it is just dirt from fishing, warm water with a little (!) dish washing detergent can help. and if you want to make an older dull looking rap shiny new, try ballistol. this is masking little scratches and gives it back a decent shine, and at the same time it removes stains from rusty hooks.
best, wolfgang

A very simple but effective thing I like to use are baby wipes.

I soak the lures in hoat soapy water, then scrub them with a tooth brush.

that mostly happens when I am casting again for a few times after a cast. But,... I don't mind my lures to smell.

WD-40 works well and sometimes triggers fish to strike. Dawn dishwashing soap also works well. In a pinch - Coca Cola will eat most any stain - careful though - it may hurt the finish!
Wash afterwards with Berkley Erase to eliminate human odors.
I also douse lures with scent when fishing - PowerBait and Gulp - also old fish formula.

I dont clean often but I have had some used lures that were dirty. I jused a little GOJO soap on them. Just a light rub with a cloth and a little water. They look good as New.

warm water and dish soap. Air dry on a towel after shaking the excess water off.
