How far will a countdown go?
Will it reach 60 feet?

These really work great when the fish are not at the surface - upon which I grab my floater or xrap ( when water is rough and fish are near, but not at surface ). I got a chuckle a couple of weeks ago when I was catching small trout at the surface in droves. I thought, "the big ones must be deeper"...so I threw out my trusty countdown, counted down to 50ft and sloooooooooowly started to reel it in with some jerks here and there an whammo...the largest trout of the day. Probably a combination of luck and the countdown, but it was refreshing to see something come up from way down there that was larger.
