HI I THINK WE NEED TO START A TOPIC ABOUT THE 2012 RAPALAS OUT AND HOW YOU THINK THEY WORK AND PHOTOS OF FISH AND STORIES.
I SEE TED AND RYAN HAVE GOT SOME VERY NICE FISH ON THEM AND PLEASE US ABOUT THE RAPALAS USED AND SIZES , COLORS.
HAS ANYONE USED THESE YET OTHER THEN TED AND RYAN.

Where are you guys finding them?!?
Haven't seen them for sale anywhere at the big retailers that are within driving distance to me (Dick's, Gander Mtn., Bass Pro, Cabelas).
None of the mom & pop tackle shops by me have any yet either.
Are you guys mail ordering them from the internet?

About a month ago Scheels had the new Shap rap colors, clown originals, and the jointed husky jerk. I would assume they should have the new ones by now or will get them soon. You can order almost all of the new ones on Gander Mountains online site

Recently "Dicks" had a grand-opening of a new store in the next county over... I figured they might have something new for the occasion & they did... Out of all the new lures for 2012, I'm only really interested in the ULM's... I prefer balsa... I like using some XRAP models & they work great, but they do warp when it gets hot... I know a lot of yall don't have that problem up north...

I got my rippin raps on mid October, and I only had one chance to use them so far.... didn't catch anything on them. They will be good lures for spring... way different than the rattlin rap

today I got the silver and MBS xrpop7, FT ripping rap 7, and two new color Xraps. Looking good and I know they will catch a lot of fish!
