nobody knows ...
the first ones were not labeld or marked in any way, so you never know if these are true. i have never seen any of these very old ones with a red belly though, so i would guess, not a true rapala. the one without lip i dont know; but the main feature of the first rapala was the wobble, and the lip is producing the wobble, right; although they are doing lipless rapala now, i would say, the first ones all were with a bill.
to me these are handmade balsa (?) wood lures, but i guess it wasnt Lauri who made them.
best, w.

I would say not Rapalas, but they look like cool lures to pick up. They would make a good conversation piece

Those first two are definitely Rapala Floaters, nobody could possibly make an exact duplicate of the Original Floating Minnow..... and if these are NOT Rapalas, then they are exact duplicates.
Somebody has customized and custom painted those top 2 lures. I doubt that Rapala ever used that type of finish in the Factory.
