I sold a lure to someone in Norway and shipped it out just under a month ago and they say it has not arrived yet. Anyone have any problems like this? I'm not really sure how to go about this. Any thoughts?

Any thoughts? I deal with this on an all most daily basis. 99% of the time it makes it eventually. Just had a package take 3 months to get to a guy in Canada..Yes 3 months. I could have driven it up there my self like 100 times in that amount of time. As a buyer you have 45 days to file a complaint with Ebay. I usually ask the buyer to wait as long as possible before filing the complaint. Unless you have a tracking #. Which im guessing you used First Class Mail. So you dont. With out tracking, Ebay all most all ways will rule in favor of the buyer. Thats why I try to drag it out till the last minute in hopes it will arrive safe and sound.

I really wish I could print international shipping labels online instead of dealing with those dreaded customs forms...

I think you can print international labels right through paypal / ebay. My dad does it all the time. It's a new thing, and you can drop them right in the mail box. The only bad thing is that it shows the actual value of the items.
Check it out.

I believe your right Ryan. I tried the Ebay way at first. But didn't like it. With the stamps.com, you can put any value you want on there. You can also add there insurance to it. Which I often do on the larger orders. There was one good thing about the ebay shipping though. When you are done printing the label, it will automatically mark the item as shipped. I all ways forget to do it. Then like after a week every one wants to know why I haven't shipped there items.
