I live in the United States and would like to get my hands on some Team Esko for fishing purposes. I have looked on ebay and they all run upwards of $15 and I was just curious if there is a place I can order some that aren't going to break the bank. Thanks in advance.

Call a Scheels store I beleive that they will ship directly to you. The website does not have them listed anymore but the retail stores might have some. I believe that Scheels is the only retailer in the USA to get them. That is where I found them.

well, there is a lot of (online) shops around here that are still listing these, mostly the new colors, but some have older colors left. however, rapala in europe are quite expensive and the eskos are around 10 euro right now, so with shipping and all, it will be hard to find any at under $15.
