I am hoping that this thread will become more popular one. It can really be a fun one if a lot of people participate in it after a good day of fishing. I really think that this could be a cool thread on this site too since there are so many different people from different countries, catching different species of fish that other members may not be exposed to. I always enjoy about seeing and reading about what other people catch. Anyway, this is how this thread works. You have a header of the amount of time you fished, number of fish caught, what you caught the fish on, and maybe a short summary after that talks about your experience. Also, including a picture makes the post much more interesting. Here is an example. Hours Fished: 2 Fish Caught: 3 Lure(s) Used: Original Floater Summary: This is from a while back, one or two summers ago when I went to Mainitoba fishing for pike and walleye. This was my biggest pike that I caught the whole trip, it was 42". I caught it during the evening and was a little discouraged to go out that evening because the previous evening I had been hooked in the head with a 1oz spoon by my dad and had to get the treble hook out with pliers. Luckily it was barbless, so it wasn't too bad to get out. Anyway, this fished turned out to be pretty successful. P.S I am the one one the left in the picture, the person to the right was my guide. I will try and post a legitimate one after this weekend because I am going up to Lake Erie. Please post.

Hours Fished: 5-6 Fish Caught: Around 30+ Lures/Bait Used: Crayfish, JSR and Jigs
Was at Lake Erie on Saturday and caught a lot of fish. I fished off a nearby dock and managed a couple bass with a JSR I recently purchased in a perch pattern. Then later in the evening went out in an inner tube and caught 25 or so sheephead and 5 catfish. Was a pretty good day of fishing. Will try to get some pictures up tomorrow.

Well it wasn't today but I have been gone all weekend and I just saw this today. Went out walleye fishing last Thursday night and picked these up. Started off with spoons but once it got dark I switched over the my old reliable GFR. Also caught a butt load of White Bass.

Funny you are mad about getting into the white bass, I was hoping to get into them when I went out. They are fun to catch but I don't eat them. Whereabouts were you fishing, Lake Erie?

Whereabouts were you fishing, Lake Erie? The Mighty "D", south end about a mile upstream from Erie. They get so thick in here it is borderline ridiculous. Great for kids, lots of fun on ultralight tackle, PITA when handlining for walleye.

I don't really get a chance to go after the eyes since we don't have a boat. We run into them occasionally where we fish though. Is that last picture of a frog fireman?

Nice pics everyone. Here are a couple of black bass from this past weekend. We both have the Roland Martin pose down. And of course my friend caught the bigger fish.

Well to be honest, we caught them on a fat free shad by Bomber. I was using a DT6, it just was not getting deep enough and I didn't have a DT10 with me.

I don't use rapalas for probably half of the fish I catch.

The mayfly hatch was crazy that night, this is a picture of a pile of them on the dock. That to me is without a doubt a pic of what looks like the most awesome hatch of mayfly I've seen I would've loved to have been out there with a fly rod there that night. This season the weather here has been a joke I've only bothered with my fly rod twice!

This season the weather here has been a joke I've only bothered with my fly rod twice! Yeah it was incredible. We were just picking up handfuls of them. They were still alive just lying in a big pile. I had never seen anything like it. The next morning the bluegills were going absolutely crazy, they looked like white bass hitting the mayflys on the top of the water.

as I arrived at my fav. swim today at 7:00 AM the sun was allready shining. this spot is like profound perfection if we speak of pike and perch spots. With a SP-7 CH it quickly happened. a small pike took it. After that I had multiple followers and missed bites here so I dicided to leave the swim for a while and moved on to the next spot: I mounted a Subwalk 9 to twitch along the bridge, with the second cast this pike took it like a hungry wolf! as you can see, it eagerly took it: I am going back to those swims within a hour or so.

back again. another 4 pikes one on my white wedding inline spinner: got a small one on a F-13 BHO within 5 minutes I got a bite on a Flat Rap in chrome silver blue: crazy enough the 2nd cast after setting back the pike another took it. this time on a XRSH-06 Ghost. wich was taken completely inside the mouth, had to cut a hook in order to unhook it properly. over the day I had several followers and some hitting but I missed. even had a nice big one on a J-11 BHO but he got away again. It was a good day!

Dang keesvanderlaak, that pike just inhaled that lure. I can't wait till August until I go to Canada, there's not to much pike fishing to be done where I live, but I love fishing for them.

Yeah he sure did! I am allready used to pike doing that. I have developed a way to remove baits via the gills of the pike.

this was a pike caught on a F-13 BCSD during a night fishing with Fireman1979 And this was yesterday, caught on a F-13 FMN on a really weird spot, I never tought Pike would sit directly agains a wooden board (wall of the pond) Might be the proof of my confidence building on the F-13!
