Hi. My Name is Steinar, I'm living on an Island in the Lake Mjøsa, Norway. I've got 50meters to the shore and use all of mye free time in the lake. And you can say Brad Paisley's song I'm gonna miss her, fit perfect to me... I've got a little girl who become 3yrs in the summer and allready love to talk aout fish and last summer she was captain of the boat for the first time. I've gotta learn her to drive a bit slower, trolling in 35knots will not give any fish. When the ice lays on the lake I travel to Sweden and troll in Lake Vänern and the Baltic Sea. After fishing, soccer and history (ww2) take my attension. When not fishing, looking at soccer or second world war, i try to collect some money to my hobby by act as a nurse. I altso write a bit on my blogTrolling after trout and salmon, and salmon fishing in River are my favourite fishing, but Pearch and some ice fishing altso get some attension. I joined this site after recomandation from a seller at ebay where I look for a special Rapala Husky. My daughter 1 yrs old, The Boss in the boat (still think she are) fotoshoot outside our harbor after sponsor name get on My father with his first trolling salmon A salmon catch on Apex This is a bit of me

Hi all.. I'm Rhie, I'm from Indonesia. Hope my english isn't too bad hehehehe. btw, Im a single and work as goverment officer in safety transportation department. So glad to join here with all rapalanation around the world. Fishing is my hobby since i was in elementary school but as a kid I just do fishing with traditional method. Now, its been 4 years since I have my very first lure, even I dont know the name of that lure, a gift from my friend. at that time I even dont know casting fishing method. as time goes by, that lure was abadoned. and one day when I open internet and see the casting method for fishing, I was excited and in my mind there's one big question : is this thing same with my lure? and it is possible for this thing used for fishing in my place who have very different species compared in USA. I must try this! I went to tackle shop and buy some stuff. One day I went to a lake and cast all the way. whoooww... a snakehead striking my lure. And that was my first fish, my first experience and my very happy moment doing fishing. After that i go back at home, checking internet and find out the lure that i have is RAPALA. yes rapala x-rap XR08 rainbow trout. Then... rapala become my choice even its hard to find this lure in my own town. Thanks to rapala, thanks to my friend who giving this rapala as a special gift Attachments:

Hi Ted, My name is Hans, I live in Southern California and love to fish whenever I can. I mainly fish for trout in the local pond and lakes, mostly from the shoreline. So far I've had only 2 Rapalas and haven't used them very often. Mostly using spoons and inline spinners. I hope by joining this group, I can learn some tips and tehniques and use Rapala lures more often. Btw, I am looking into getting myself the Husky Jerk HJ6 or 8 for trout. Do you have any suggestion on what size and color for trout and bass? or any other type of lures? I am eyeing on the Xrap Xtreme action slashbait XR06 or XR08. thanks much!
